Ecobricks Workshop
Team UBA, IIT Roorkee decided to emphasize the significance of World Environment Day by embracing the potential of eco-bricks.
Ecobricks refer to plastic bottles that are densely packed with clean and dry plastic waste. These bottles serve as versatile building blocks that can be utilized to construct various structures, including furniture, walls, and even entire buildings.
To highlight the importance and usage of eco-bricks, the team organized an interactive session for the students of Puranpur. The session aimed to educate the students about the ecological benefits of eco-bricks and their potential applications. The team provided a demonstration to guide the students on how to create their own eco-bricks. The session concluded with an encouragement for the students to actively incorporate ecobricks into their daily lives and inspire others to join this meaningful initiative.
