After a few village visits, the team noticed that the residents of Puranpur had limited awareness about eco-friendly practices and natural fertilizers. To better understand the situation, a survey was conducted during one of the visits, going door-to-door to collect data on the general knowledge about Jeevamrit. The survey revealed a substantial lack of awareness about proper organic manure practices in the village. In response to this issue, the team decided to initiate an Jeevamrit project in the village. The goal of the project was to raise awareness about the environmental impact of using chemical fertilizer and to encourage the community to actively participate in a sustainable solution. UBA aims that through this initiative, the residents of Puranpur will not only gain a better understanding of eco-friendly practices but also actively contribute to reducing use of chemical fertilizers and promoting a more sustainable way of life within their community.
