Won FIRST prize in Poster Competition


           We are glad to inform you that Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, IIT Delhi has taken up various COVID-19 related Awareness Initiatives, as a part of creating repository and awareness material in regional languages/dialects for circulation among the village clusters for COVID-19 Awareness, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan had announced the National and Regional level Awards for "Poster and Video Making competition" for the students under UBA Institutions under the various covid awareness related themes. The competition was aimed to include the participation of students from UBA PIs, and circulation of the material/repository collected through this completion campaign among the rural population for generating awareness related to COVID-19 preparedness, vaccination and prevention, which started on 8th June 2021.

And, here, happy to inform that UBA-IIT, Delhi has received more than 2500+ entries in both the categories. IIT Delhi, in the capacity of National Coordinating Institution, motivated the UBA Institutions to participate in good numbers, and special emphasis was given on the use of local/regional dialect. All the Regional Coordinating Institutions across the country evaluated the entries from their area by formulating a varied jury committee. And IIT Delhi as a RCI for Delhi and NCI region announced the Regional Results, along with many RCIs on 15th August 2021.

For the National level awards, top 2 winners out of the regional winners were taken up for Evaluation and the entries were evaluated by National Level Jury members. We glad to inform you that Khushabu Bhimraoji Dongre, from Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering & Management, Badnera-Amravati under RCI-Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University has won FIRST prize in Poster Competition, as announced on 09.10.2021 by National Coordinator, UBA- Prof. V. K. Vijay in a virtual event
